Pastoral Lead – Lucy Ensby

I am the Pastoral Lead here at Queen Eleanor Primary Academy and I work with both children and families.  I am available in school every day.  My role here is to offer support to parents and carers with the following:

• Encourage communication between the school and families.
• Give advice and signpost you to possible childcare provision in the area.
• Offer help and support with reading and understanding school letters, forms and other information.
• Give advice and information regarding outside agencies / family support options.

Come and see me if you just want to have an informal chat, to find out more, or if you have a worry or query.  It’s a tough job being a parent … remember I am here to help you!
